My career has been built inside real HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical companies—through turnarounds, rapid scale, leadership restructuring, and multi-trade expansion. I specialize in taking businesses that are stuck, hemorrhaging profit, or capped by owner dependency, and rebuilding them into scalable, profitable, acquisition-ready enterprises.
Most recently, as President of Revolution Services, I led full executive operations across finance, sales, marketing, HR, and production while driving company-wide performance, culture, and profitability. Before that, as General Manager of Revolution Home Services, I stepped into a company facing potential bankruptcy after six consecutive months of losses—and within six months helped grow revenue from $250,000 to $1.4M, while rebuilding pricing, KPIs, leadership structure, dispatch systems, payroll models, and operational accountability.
